Once submitted you will be contacted by the Tournament Contact for your division
to provide further information and/or advise of your acceptance into the tournament
You will be notified when your team has been accepted
into the tournament and be asked to forward your:
1. Hockey Canada Team Sheet (Hard Card)
2. Team Roster
3. Payment - Must be made by Interac transfer to NEZ.Eagles@telus.net
A spot will not be held for your team until payment is received.
If your division is full, your team will be placed on a waiting list and notified if a space becomes available.
Eagles Hockey Association reserves the right to reassign teams within divisions to ensure competitive placement.
*IMPORTANT: a travel permit is required to participate in the tournament.
Please use the appropriate sanction number when applying for your travel permit.
